5. Once members choose builders or agents a new form is displayed for entering their company information where in they can upload the logo and if they choose individual type they will be directly sent to their personal members admin page, where in they can post their properties.

II. Sell Properties Posting

1. Once registered the members can post their properties for sale depending on the type of membership plans they opt and the privileges it has for the properties on sale.
2. Can post properties in unlimited categories

5. Can Edit, Hide/Unhide, Set Sold Status or Delete for the posted properties.
6. Can also see no. of views for their posted properties.

III. Post Properties Want to buy

1. This is the unique feature in our Script that the members not only can post the properties they want to sell but also can post the properties they want to buy at their desired area.
2. Again this depend on the membership plans they take and the privileges it has for buy property postings.
3. Members get email if any other members send any details with regard to their buy property postings.

3. Properties Manager : Site admin can manage all properties (buy or sell) and can any time active or inactivate or can even edit delete etc…..
4. Membership Manager : Site admin can add unlimited no. of membership plans and set respective privileges to them. Can any time edit or delete.
5. Banner Manager : A very strong Banner Manager is provided for the site admin to manage sites ads and banners. The banner management system will not only upload banners but can also upload and configure your google ads that you may want to run in your site for generating revenues.
6. News Manager : It also has a very strong News Management system. The news will be reflected to the front end of the site once the site admin enter news from admin panel. If the publish option in the news section is set to no, the news will not be visible at the front side.
