I. General View.

4.  It hides Applicants detailed Resumes from employers to view and which can only be available for their view only when site admin’s approves it on request.

II Administration
General Settings Manager:

5. Centralized database storage to streamline all website modules, incoming resumes, job advertisements and employers activities.
6. The home page of Admin Gives the Site Statistics for no. of jobseekers, employers, resumes etc…..received overall and for today.
7. Admin has the facility to manage following from admin panel :

1. Manage Company Profile : Company profile, home page welcome text, About us details, Company Features, Expertise Areas, Why us page, Services, Contact us details, Upload Logo etc.
2. Manage Locations: Has the facility to enter unlimited countries and its relevant states and cities and at any time update them for any changes.
3. Can also set default country to reflect its relevant states and cities in the whole site.
4. Manage Categories: Has the facility to enter unlimited categories and manage them effectively.
5. Can set and manage site Parameters like Website name, website url, Admin Email, Meta tags, meta keywords and site logo from admin panel.
6.  Can manage email messages like jobseekers registration thank you email, employers registration thank you mail, employer job posting mail and all others from admin panels manage letters module.
7. Can create multiple admin users and login and edit them at any time.
8. News Manager. The site admin has the facility to input any News related to jobseekers, employers or any general and then has the option to publish or unpublish it apart from editing and deleting it….The published news will be displayed to whole site……In this way site owner can use this tool as an marketing asset for their any extra or latest events.

8. Employer Manager :

3.1. Manage Requests : Can manage New Employer Registration request, Job Posting request and Resume View Request effectively.
3.2 Can manage employers and at any time make the employer Active and Inactive with multi selection. The Employers will then be intimated through email upon each action done.
3.3 Can View and edit employers details at any time.
3.4 Can add unlimited number of employers contact details apart from details they provide in the registration which help them track different HR recruiters in each employers firm.
3.5 Can Post and Edit unlimited jobs for any employer at any time. Which is apart from the job posting request received from the employer.
3.6 Can any time disallow employers from viewing candidates’ resumes they requested.

9. Jobseekers Manager :

3.1. Can manage new jobseekers Registration and can put them in to Candidate manager module for screening.
3.2 Admin can sent particular jobseekers resume to Candidate manager if they match posted jobs requirement and screen them to posted job criteria before scheduling them for interview.
3.3 The jobseeker resume will go directly to Candidate manager unprocessed folder whenever he/she applies for jobs and a copy of the resume will be saved in Jobseekers Manager folder which the admin can use it manually for other posted jobs if it matches to the job criteria.

3.4 The candidate manager does not allow same resume for a single job for screening. It prompts with a message if that happens.

III Front End
1. Jobseekers

1. Jobseekers can post their resumes and signup for future Automatic Job Alerts matching to their posted criteria through emails whenever new jobs are posted on the site.
2. Jobseekers can apply directly to unlimited number of jobs and can also subscribes to future job alerts at the same time.
3. Jobseekers can upload their CVs in Ms-word, text or any other format which can be viewable to admin and employers in web pages type.
4. Jobseekers can hunt or search for jobs using Simple but powerful search in the site apart from sorting it by days, location and functional areas.

2. Employers

1. Employers can send ‘Request for Registration’ by filling up registration request form.
2. Once the site admin reviews employers’ details and approve for the requested registration, the particular employer will be intimated through automatic email for their approved registration with username and password.
3. Employer can then login to his/her personal admin panel and can carry on the relevant activities from the tools provided in the panel.
4. Can search unlimited candidates resumes and request from site admin for their detailed resumes.
5. Can post job posting request through the job posting form furnished in the admin panel.
6. Can track the request made for viewing candidates resumes and job postings.
7. Can also track Job postings status like awaiting approval, active and expired jobs.
8. Employer can also contact the site admin through contact us form or through the online request form provided in the employer admin panel.
